The exhibitor package typically includes a booth space. As we only have limited tables and chairs, we sell those as an add on for $10. Power is arranged with an external team who charge and as such costs an additional $45
Our wedding expo attracts hundreds of engaged couples and wedding planners. In the past, we have seen between 600-800 individuals.
Yes, live demonstrations are encouraged, as they engage attendees. Please coordinate with our event team in advance to ensure that all logistical and technical requirements are met. For small spaces, may not be feasible, but please contact us to discuss further.
Yes, we offer various sponsorship packages and advertising opportunities to enhance your brand’s visibility. This includes advertising on our website, promotional materials, newsletter to registered couples and social media shoutouts. Contact our marketing team for more details.
Exhibitors can begin setting up their booths the day before the expo from [TBC] to [TBC], and on the day of the event from 7am to 9am. Breakdown begins immediately after the expo closes and must be completed by [time].
Yes, the hotel has security personnel on-site and overnight, however, we recommend that you do not leave valuable items unattended.
We recommend participating in our promotional activities, such as social media campaigns and email newsletters. Additionally, offering exclusive deals or giveaways at your booth can attract more visitors. Contact us for more details.

The expo features a wide range of wedding vendors, including florists, photographers, bridal shops, caterers, wedding planners, and more. You'll find virtually everything you need to plan your big day under one roof.
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your partner, family members, or friends to help with the planning process. Group ticket packages are available at a discounted rate if purchased in advance.
