Our wedding expo attracts hundreds of engaged couples and wedding planners. In the past, we have seen between 600-800 individuals.

Yes, live demonstrations are encouraged, as they engage attendees. Please coordinate with our event team in advance to ensure that all logistical and technical requirements are met. For small spaces, may not be feasible, but please contact us to discuss further.

What are the setup and breakdown times?
Exhibitors can begin setting up their booths the day before the expo from [TBC] to [TBC], and on the day of the event from 7am to 9am. Breakdown begins immediately after the expo closes and must be completed by [time].
Will there be security provided for the booths?
Yes, the hotel has security personnel on-site and overnight, however, we recommend that you do not leave valuable items unattended.
